Connecting Forward aims to help low-income Mid-TN families achieve economic independence and family stability by implementing a no-wrong door collaborative, comprehensive Care Coordination Model of interconnected nonprofits to provide case management, comprehensive workforce development and training, counseling and evidence-based interventions with wraparound support to set and attain family goals related to employment, mental health & counseling, education, and long term birth control. Connecting Forward is a program of Family & Children’s Service.
